I didn't forget about my sweet little blog. It's honestly been on my mind all these months. I've been super busy...Not!!! I have had lots of distractions. Mostly Sweet baby N has taken most of my time. His 1st birthday is quickly approaching and that means its time to wean him from me. I have spoiled him to the point that he won't sleep but on me after nursing. How do I wean him and get him on a better nap schedule? I don't really know but we'll figure something out.
Today has been a great day. The big kids had a delay so our day was mixed up. I was able to get a lot done today and that makes me happy. I have been working on a schedule for me to fit in all the things I want to get done. I realize next week I may need to redo the whole schedule and some days I may be trying to catch up from the day before but that's ok. Here's what I have so far:
Monday- major cleaning day. My dad comes over in the morning to keep an eye on Sweet baby N while I do fun stuff like scrub showers. You know those jobs that are hard to get to with a baby shadow and when you try to do them they take too long giving baby too much time to find trouble.
Tuesday-work day. When you have a small business everyday is a work day. I'm dedicating Tuesday's to doing work for my Thirty-One business and my husbands carpentry business. Of course the things that come up that can't wait until Tuesday will get done. On my to do list are things like updating tax info, cleaning and finding my desk.
Wednesday-Project day. I'd love to do projects all day everyday but.... I have more projects in my little head and pinned on Pintrest than there are Wednesdays.
Thursday-organizing day. Oh how I long for a perfectly organized house. How long will it take to get this whole place organized so I can make Thursday something else? Reality is there will always be something to organize or reorganize, right?
Friday- errands and grocery shopping. Grocery day follows org day in the hopes that I will organize coupons before I go to the store.
I have a nice long list of daily cleaning. I have even printed a May calendar and filled in chores. What a plan! It's the perfect plan to rule the world...I mean this house. Hehe.
